Y’hello Beastie,
Let’s talk supplements. I get this question all the time: “How do you do it?” How do I train fasted at 4 AM, walk miles on shift, juggle long days, and still keep pushing toward my fitness goals without completely burning out?
Short answer: discipline, structure, and a supplement stack that actually works.
Long answer? Keep reading.
I’ve been riding with MuscleTech since 2013, back when I was still spending every last penny of my own pocket money and savings to buy what worked. No affiliate links. No fancy codes. Just trust. Because the truth is, I’ve tried a lot of brands, and MuscleTech has consistently delivered without the fluff.
So here’s my current stack and how I use each one in real life. Not theory. Not hype. Just my lived routine as a fitness coach, early bird lifter, and tired-but-committed full-time engineer.
Muscle Builder
This one’s the first thing I take, literally before my feet hit the floor.
The bottle stays on my nightstand. I roll over, pop a capsule with a sip of water, and go. It jumpstarts my system by increasing ATP production (translation: more reps, more strength, more growth). It’s like an ignition switch for my body and brain. Who needs coffee when this gets the job done?
Platinum MuscleBuilder is definitely a must if you’d like to improve your reps, and increase your strength. I remember the first time that I used it, the results were almost instantaneous. No kidding. At the gym, I would hit new PR’s every session that hitting PR’s almost became an addiction. You know, the dopamine from getting stringer almost daily, and it almost got to my head.
Then, I remembered that I was not training for PR’s. I never have, I still am not, and never will.
MuscleBuilder has been a game changer for my training regimen.

EuphoriQ
My pre-workout of choice.
One scoop in 8 oz of water, which I sip while I’m getting dressed for the gym. I always take it before brushing my teeth, though. The reason is because it gives me a little lip-tingle (not the itchy kind), and brushing right after helps with that.
EuphoriQ pre-workout gets me in go-mode. Focused, driven, and ready to train without crashing halfway through. No jitters, just clean power.
This pre-workout is available in four flavors: the newly Grape Gainz, Boogieman Punch, Strawberry Kiwi, and Rocket. And of course, my all-time favorite is Boogieman Punch. The taste is just out of this world. And it is also a very popular flavor. So, if you attempt to place your order and Boogieman Punch is out at that time, I may be the culprit, having ordered batches at a time.
Seriously, though, don’t sleep on this one if you want power in your workouts.
Platinum 100% EAA+
Aaah, the sweet stuff. I sip Platinum EAA+ during my workouts. And I use one to two scoops mixed in a shaker, depending on how long my gym sessions will be, or how I feel at the moment. The EAA+ supports hydration, recovery, and muscle support all together.
If I’ve had a rough night or a particularly intense session, I’ll even make a second batch and drink it throughout the workday. Because when you’re breaking muscle down, this helps you build it back up.
I said “sweet stuff” earlier. The EAA+ is sweet in taste, but not too much. Sweet enough to sometimes drink this over water all day as, let’s be honest, water is bland. So, it does keep me hydrated all day, which helps keep cramping in my legs away as well.
Platinum 100% EAA+ comes in two flavors: Fruit Punch, and Grape. It pairs very well with powdered creatine and/or a few protein powders. Just watch out for taste, as not every flavors pair well together.

Creatine (Chews, 100%, or Cell-Tech)
I rotate between Cell-Tech, Platinum 100% Creatine, and the creatine chews.
Post-workout, I take a dose, usually the chews. Later in the day, I may go for a scoop of the 100% creatine or the Cell-Tech, which has carbs to help it absorb.
Creatine is essential. Period. Strength, endurance, and even appetite control. My body notices when I skip it.
What’s the difference between all three, you may ask. Cell-Tech has BCAA’s and carbs in it, and offers 10g of creatine per serving. It comes in two flavors: Fruit Punch and Citrus Punch.
Platinum 100% Creatine is pure, flavorless monohydrate creatine. Each serving offers 5g of creatine. It comes in powder form and tablets form.
The creatine chews are a less messy option which offers 3g of creatine per serving. It comes in two flavors: Boogieman Punch and Citrus Burst.
Hydroxycut Hardcore Super Elite
This is a fat burner, mood booster, hunger controller. All in one!
I take two capsules early in the day, usually while I’m making breakfast. The caffeine gives me a lift, but not the kind that messes with my sleep. It just makes me feel alert, focused, and weirdly uninterested in junk food.
No cravings. No grazing. Just energy to get through my workday without dragging. And I do work long hours.
There are a two different strength formulas in the Hydroxycut Hardcore line: Elite, which does the same thing as far as fat loss is concerned. But it is less potent, in my opinion.
Super Elite, on the other hand, is fiery. I am not kidding. You can literally feel the burn as it releases in your system, and it is almost instantaneous.
Muscletech recommends 4 capsules maximum per day. I recommend to start with two. Or even one, if two are still too strong for you. Work your way up from there.

Clear Muscle
This is my recovery secret weapon.
I take one capsule with breakfast, usually while sipping on my first protein shake of the day.
Sometimes, it is at lunch that I take it.
What makes Clear Muscle different is that it works at the cellular level to help muscle fibers rebuild stronger and recover faster. And it shows. It strongly did especially on those grind-heavy stretches from Sunday to Tuesday, when I was lifting harder and clocking 12-hour shifts back to back. In those times, Clear Muscle kept me from falling apart. Less soreness. Better performance. More consistency.
It’s one of those supplements you don’t fully appreciate until you forget to take it and suddenly feel like a truck hit you.
The capsules taste a bit funny, but that’s the HMB. And the taste is easier to mask with food or a shake, for instance.
AlphaTest Extreme
One serving of this one is 5 capsules. Yes, five capsules. And I take them all.
AlphaTest Extreme supports natural testosterone levels, which affects everything from strength to mood. I take this with lunch and usually pair it with a scoop of Nitro-Tech protein to make sure I hit my macros. On extra intense days, I’ll add a second creatine dose right here to stay consistent with my intake.
The taste of the capsules is not very good, but nothing that cannot be hidden with food, preferably, because it is a strong taste.
The AlphaTest line offers four different products: this one, which is their latest one, but also the strongest one. But also the original AlphaTest, AlphaTest Thermo, and AlphaTest Thermo XTR. I have not personally tried the other three yet. So, I cannot speak to what exactly is different between them. But feel free to try them, and come back here to let us know what you think and how they performed for you. We would love to hear it!

Nitro-Tech Whey Protein & Nitro-Tech Ripped
I struggle with disordered eating, which makes solid meals hard to manage some days. But I can always drink a shake. I take multiple scoops a day, usually with 4 to 8 oz of water.
Nitro-Tech Whey Protein is all about muscle building and recovery. It’s high in quality whey protein isolate and peptides, packed with amino acids, and designed to help you grow, repair, and get stronger after your lifts. No added fat burners, no extras. Just solid protein that supports lean muscle and recovery. It comes in Milk Chocolate, Vanilla Cream, Strawberry, and Cookies & Cream flavors.
On the other hand, Nitro-Tech Ripped combines that same high-quality protein with added ingredients for fat loss support, like L-carnitine and green coffee extract. It’s basically your protein and fat burner in one, which makes it ideal when you’re cutting or leaning out. Same muscle support, but with a little metabolic boost. Flavors include Chocolate Fudge Brownie and French Vanilla Bean.
My Method, My Mission
I’m not a pro. I’m not training for a trophy. I’m just a woman with a dream, a day job, and a fire in her gut. I train to feel strong. To stay sane. To stay healthy. And every supplement I take supports that mission. No magic. Just what works.
